The privacy of our users, especially families and children, is our highest priority. The core function of PurrSpeak—converting typed text into funny cat sounds and the custom voice recording in Pro Mode—is designed to be a private, local experience.

PurrSpeak does not collect, transmit, store, or sell any personal information or voice data.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you or your device.

• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other information that could be used to personally identify you.

• No User Content Collection: Any text you type, any custom voice recordings you make in Pro Mode, and any usage data related to the app's functionality are processed and stored exclusively on your device. They are never transferred to our servers or to any third parties.

• Payment Data: Payment processing for Unlimited Premium and Pro Mode subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store's In-App Purchase system. We do not have access to, nor do we collect or store, any of your financial or payment details.

• No Audio Transmission: Your voice recordings and the translated audio clips remain entirely on your device.

We rely solely on Apple's anonymized, aggregated, and non-personal data available through App Store Connect (e.g., total downloads, crash reports, general country usage). This information is fully anonymized and does not contain any data that can identify you as an individual user.

PurrSpeak does not use any third-party advertising or analytics software that collects user data.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Given that we collect no personal data from any user, we are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
